Living life to the fullest!
Life is short. So, live it to the fullest! You don’t get a second shot at it. It comes to you once and you never get the chance to get it back. Your time is running out every single waking moment! So why are you not enjoying all that it has to offer?
Here are some tips on how to not miss out on what life has to offer:
- Accept everyone. Be nice and courteous to anyone you meet. Enjoy the company of others and have fun with them. Acknowledge their goodness rather than the differences in beliefs. You should always look for the common ground.
- Find your purpose in life. Really find out what you’re here on earth for! It may take time, but boy are you in for a ride once you discover your purpose. Once you do, there’ll be no stopping you. I mean you’ll know what you’re supposed to do here. Why else would you do something else? You’ll be more selfless in service to others. Begin with your family and friends.
- Be realistic. Set attainable goals according to your abilities and talents. Never be on either extremes: too positive or too negative. Have a balance of both. Consider each effort to be an attainment.
- Clear your mind. Meditation and a little bit of yoga will replenish and rejuvenate your soul to focus more clearly on serenity and happiness. Get away once in a while. You need a clear mind to be more effective and more able to enjoy the happiness in life.
- Laugh. Laughter has always been the best medicine. It releases endorphins and promotes longevity. It’s so contagious that when you laugh, you’re sure someone else will laugh with you…well unless your laughing alone. Now that’s a concern.
Inner joy is amazing.
- Forgive yourself and others. Release your negative energy that holds you back, your past failures, and past failures of others that affected you. When you forgive you not only release the one who has the fault, but you ultimately release yourself from chains of unforgiveness. Embrace whatever life offers you.
- Appreciate Environment. Be a nature lover. Take a break occasionally and go out for a leisurely walk. Look at the plants, , leaves, flowers and how they move when the breeze hits them. Look at water and how it takes shape in the vessel it’s stored in. Look at numerous forms of life like the animals, birds and yes, even humans. Doing this exercise will clear off the dead memories and monotony in your life.
- Express Gratitude. This is one of the major things that you should do. Recognize daily the things you are grateful for. Just thank the world and your maker for giving you everything, the good and the bad.
