Sales Pitch Presentation

A good sales-pitch presentation for your product or service should have three main parts to it:

1. The Problem

2. The Solution

3. The Call

Let’s look at each of these separately.

The Problem

This is a description of the problem you are aiming to solve. In other words, what is the gap in the market that your product or service will fill? How does this problem make your potential customers’ lives miserable? Why is it such a big deal? What’s wrong with the current solutions to this problem?

The Solution

This is your answer to the problem: your product or service that has come to fill that void in the market. You should mention what makes your solution different from the others already out there. Why should people pay you money instead of getting a cheaper alternative (if there is one)?

Are there any examples of other people who have benefited from what you have on offer? If so, how has it helped them?

The Call

This is where you invite others to try out your product or even buy it. Too many presentations miss out this important aspect. Here you would show people how, where, when (etc) they can get hold of your product or service. Perhaps you can offer a limited discount, specific to your current audience. There are many ways to make a call but make sure you don’t miss out this step.

What other things would you include in your presentations? Do you have any good tips that you can share with us?
