Stop Being a Fireman

One of the greatest ways to be UNproductive is by being a fireman at work. You have projects to do, tasks to complete, educational sessions to attend – but what do you end up doing?

“This is broken, can you fix it?”

One request after another to put out a fire. Instead of getting time to dedicate to your project and making it fireproof, the sheer number of fires dictates that you’re now a fireman.

If this has become your routine, it is important to break it and get back to fire-proofing.
