What’s most important to you?

Most companies provide stability in terms of steady raises and a secure position. Sometimes though, to achieve more drastic growth it requires switching to a different company. This can also include feelings of disloyalty in certain circumstances as well. What’s your priority and how do you balance what’s best for you?
