How Would You Handle A Recall
By now you have heard about the big Toyota recall. Reports are out that sales have dropped significantly and the PR disaster will have ongoing fallout as well.
Toyota was obviously in a tough spot, especially having to announcing the recall before a solution was found.
How do you think they have handled it? Is it the best they could do given the situation or would you have done something different?

So far Toyota has been reactive instead of being proactive. Keeping in mind their presence in the media has been very poor. We will have to see what they end up doing once the problem has been fixed. I have heard of at least 2 lawsuits here in Canada against Toyota and many more to come…
They can’t do much at this point to get customers as they aren’t allowed to sell any cars but I think they will end up giving a nice juicy discount on their cars once they have resolved the problem. This might be a perfect time for customers to get one of THEM Camrys
