How Accessible Are You?

The new age of social media has placed an increasingly high premium on accessibility. Before, customers had to reach out to you on your platform whether it meant writing to you, calling you, or going to your place of business in person. Now, the onus has changed and companies are expected to make themselves available to their customers on the platforms *they* are involved in.

If I want to ask your company a question, I should be able to message you on Twitter, post on your Facebook page, post on a forum, or email you. The question is – how accessible have you made yourself?

If you can’t offer a proper response on these mediums, customers will quickly move on to the next person who *will* engage them on *their* platform.
